One of the things I have found that has really helped me through tough times this year and all been part of my coaching journey has been understanding the difference between a goal/resolution and an actionable plan... knowing you want to get from A to B is fine but what is the middle part? What do you actually have to do to get there?

That’s the bit most people struggle with- it’s not that you don’t want to lose weight or get a new job or buy that car you’ve been dreaming of...it’s the accountability, motivation and commitment to follow through on those actions no matter what life throws at you.

This is where I come in- I have dug my heels in at every turn this year with severe lack of sleep with toddler to serious family illnesses to trying to do my best in my full time job involving A LOT of travelling plus various other things...what has helped me dig in and achieve a fantastic online and offline business, passing my qualifications, building a brand, building a client base, building and mentoring a team of coaches to do the same is the above!

A coach helps you set realistic goals for yourself with actions along the way that are achievable.

A coach picks you up on the days that you are down and reminds of WHY you want to make the change and gives you a big high 5 when you hit your key milestones.

A coach in a community like mine all lean in when times get tough and support each other no matter what with no judgement, jealousy or bitchyness just pure friendship and sisterhood.

I have achieved things I didn’t even know existed at the beginning of 2019 so leave any problems at the door of 2019 and strut into 2020 thinking I OWN THIS!!!!
